If you receive aged care through a Support at Home provider, we deliver your meals and invoice your provider directly for their portion of each order.

A note on allergens: our meals are made in one kitchen that handles many allergens, and we can't guarantee any meal is free of a particular allergen or make substitutions. Every meal page lists full ingredients and a nutrition panel so you and your supports can judge what suits. If you have a severe allergy, our meals aren't the right fit.

Many plans include meal preparation and delivery under Core Supports. The NDIS funds the preparation and delivery of each meal, and you pay for the food itself, because food is an everyday living cost for everyone. Your plan manager or support coordinator can confirm what your plan includes.

We support plan-managed and self-managed participants, which doesn't require provider registration. Your plan manager is invoiced directly. If your plan is agency-managed (NDIA-managed), we aren't able to bill the NDIA.
No. There's no referral needed to order from us. Whether meal delivery is funded is set by your plan, and your plan manager or support coordinator can confirm before your first order.

Yes. Coordinators can request two free sample meals for a client through our coordinators page. After the samples, you create an account on our website, we send your plan manager a confirmation link to check the details, and once they confirm, your NDIS pricing is switched on. Nothing is billed until then.
