Support at Home can subsidise the preparation and delivery of your meals. You pay for the food itself: the amount below, including GST. Preparation and delivery, plus GST, is invoiced to your provider as its own line.

A note on allergens: our meals are made in one kitchen that handles many allergens, and we can't guarantee any meal is free of a particular allergen or make substitutions. Every meal page lists full ingredients and a nutrition panel so you and your supports can judge what suits. If you have a severe allergy, our meals aren't the right fit.

Once confirmed, you'll see your Support at Home pricing and pay just your portion securely by card.

The remaining balance and delivery are invoiced directly to your provider on every order.

Support at Home, the program that replaced Home Care Packages from November 2025, can subsidise meal preparation and delivery. The ingredient portion stays with you. Your provider or care manager can confirm what your plan covers.
Support at Home replaced Home Care Packages on 1 November 2025. If you previously had meals under a Home Care Package, the same kind of support continues under Support at Home, and we invoice your provider the same way.
You pay the food share: $5.40 per main meal and $4.20 per salad, including GST. The preparation and delivery of your meals, plus GST, is invoiced to your Support at Home provider.

Once they confirm and we've checked the details, your Support at Home pricing is switched on and you can order for Monday delivery. Support coordinators and care managers can also request two free sample meals first through our coordinators page; after the samples you create your account the same way.
