Support at Home can subsidise the preparation and delivery portion of your meals. You pay 30% of the meal price, GST-free. The remaining 70%, plus GST and the delivery fee, is invoiced to your provider.

A note on allergens: our meals are made in one kitchen that handles many allergens, and we can't guarantee any meal is free of a particular allergen or make substitutions. Every meal page lists full ingredients and a nutrition panel so you and your supports can judge what suits. If you have a severe allergy, our meals aren't the right fit.

The remaining balance and delivery are invoiced directly to your provider on every order.
Support at Home, the program that replaced Home Care Packages from November 2025, can subsidise meal preparation and delivery. The ingredient portion stays with you. Your provider or care manager can confirm what your plan covers.
Support at Home replaced Home Care Packages on 1 November 2025. If you previously had meals under a Home Care Package, the same kind of support continues under Support at Home, and we invoice your provider the same way.
