For support coordinators & plan managers

Two chef-made meals for a client to try

On us, delivered, and never billed to their plan. No account, no obligation, nothing to sign. If they like the food, we set up their NDIS pricing and plan-manager invoicing. If they don't, they had two good dinners and that's the end of it.

Paperwork that passes first time

Invoices itemise meal preparation & delivery separately from the participant's food share, quote NDIS support item 01_023_0120_1_1, and go straight to the plan manager. Food costs are never claimed against the plan.

No lock-ins, ever

Participants order week to week or set up a repeating order they can skip or cancel anytime. No contracts, no minimums, no exit fees — appropriate support, not pressure.

Verified before first order

We confirm funding details with the plan manager (or the participant, if self-managed) by email before NDIS pricing switches on, so there are no surprise retail charges.

What the participant actually pays

NDIS menu prices are $14–$18 per meal. The participant pays their food share, GST-free, from as little as $4.20 a meal. The preparation and delivery of the meals is invoiced to the plan manager or provider with GST itemised. The food itself is never claimed against the plan.

Weekly orderParticipant pays (food share)Invoiced to plan (prep + delivery, excl. GST)
4 meals ($16 avg)$19.20$54.80
7 meals ($16 avg)$33.60$88.40
10 meals ($16 avg)$48.00$112.00

Illustrative, using the average NDIS meal price of $16; exact totals depend on the meals chosen. Delivery is $10 a week and free from 10 meals, the same as for any other customer. Support at Home clients: contributions are set by the participant's SAH arrangement — we invoice the registered provider and the participant pays only their share.

How the sample box works

1

You request them

Two minutes in the form below: your details, your client's first name and delivery address, and their OK to receive a delivery.

2

We deliver, free

Two chef-made meals go out with our next Monday run — labelled for your client, at no cost to them, you, or their plan.

3

They decide

We check in with you a couple of days later. If your client wants more, we set up their NDIS pricing and plan-manager invoicing. If not, that's genuinely fine.

Who this suits

We support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participantswhose plans fund meal preparation and delivery (typically where preparing meals independently isn't possible because of disability), and Support at Homeclients via their registered provider. We aren't able to invoice NDIA-managed (agency-managed) plans at this stage. If you're preparing a plan review, we can provide a letter of support and an itemised quote — just ask.

No forms needed: email admin@gourmet2go.com.au (or just reply to Lachlan's note) with your client's first name and delivery address, and he'll take it from there. Prefer the form? It's below.

Client

One menu for everyone: meals can't be modified for allergies or dietary requirements. Full ingredient and allergen details are listed on every meal page.

We only use these details to deliver the samples and follow up this request. The meals are a trial for your client, paid for by us and never billed to their plan — there's no obligation, no account created, and no payment details involved. We write to your client with the box to tell them we hold their details and how to have them erased.
